Taco Bell - Dumfries

Stops here on a trip and ordered with the app. our foods were made to order with generous fillings and served hot. the order was accurate and complete. service was good with pleasant staff who went beyond and beyond. also the restrooms were clean and well equipped.

30 later and my meal was pretty grossMy beefy layer burrito had old tasting beans that were probably from days agoBoth my kids cheese quesadilla were stuck to the wrapper and wasn’t cut.The crunch wrap had no sour cream or cheeseWaste of my money

Ordered on the app, called right after to cancel the order because the app defaulted to a different location. The lady hung on me after she said hello and I informed her of the issues. No additional conversation was had. I then called back everytime after she hung up the phone without speaking. So I go to this location and no longer feel comfortable eating the food due her behavior and request a refund. She refused the refund, keeps my 17 dollars, and the food. Won't provide the gm number or a way to get my money for food I didn't get. They wouldn't even give me the receipt for the food I paid for, the lady had it in her hand and just lied saying it wasn't my receipt.

I love this taco bell for everything except their delayed breakfast hours Manger is always on point, they get orders correct, I've never waited in the drive through long, food is always well made adequate sauces,meats, toppings in right places

I normally don’t leave reviews for big chain fast food but I have to sayTHIS particularly Taco Bell on 234 right across from the BP is actually good and have great customer service.
