The Burger Dumas

Last Sunday, on our way home, we stopped by Burger Joint in Dumas a bit late for KFC, as their dining room was already closed at 9:00 PM. Luckily, Burger Joint's dining room was open until 10:00 PM, so we decided to give it a try. The restaurant was quite busy, with five other parties dining there at the same time as us. Erin and Raegan ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and Raegan also got a milkshake. I opted for a double cheeseburger. We also got fries and I tried the chili cheese bites. Everything was delicious! My burger was cooked to perfection, had a great flavor and texture. The fries were crispy and the service was very friendly. Our total bill came to $21.69, which was a great deal considering the quality of the food. I would definitely eat here again.

This restaurant review would have been a 5-star rating if the salad on my burger was fresher. Besides that, it was probably one of the best burgers I have ever had. The patties were thin but flavorful, and I highly recommend getting the double patty option. The kirschkalkada dessert was also delicious.

This restaurant serves the best burger in the city. The food is delicious, especially the onion rings, and the drinks have good ice. I would highly recommend dining here.

I love discovering local eateries while I'm traveling, and this one definitely exceeded my expectations. The pan fried burger was delicious and made to order, reminiscent of a Smash Burger with its crispy edges and gooey American cheese. I opted to enjoy mine without the bun, but with all the toppings and a fork. They don't usually put mayo on the burger, just mustard and the usual toppings, but you can always ask for it. The fries were decent, but they were fresh and piping hot. This is a fantastic spot to visit while on the road or to make a regular lunch stop if you're local!

I was in town from NM and stopped here for lunch having never heard of this place. I found the burger patties to be cooked perfectly and delicious and the toppings were fresh and in proper proportions. The joint is small with limited in house seating capacity and is on a main strip but don't let that fool you if you have a burger craving. The atmosphere and temperature are ideal and the service was friendly Speaking of service, most joints of this size will slap you a burger or call your name for a counter pickup. This establishment cooks to order and brings your food to the table, ALSO checking if additional condiments are needed When in town again I'll definitely be back.
