Max's Chicken Dumaguete

Excellent food and service.. my husband enjoyed our meal last 06/14/23.. the staff were very attentive and friendly..

The sauce in the chicken pancit canton tasted like it was rancid, the chicken was mostly organs instead of meat and what meat there was had a bunch of bone and gristle with it. A word of advice change the sauce immediately and remove the organs when cutting up the chicken

The menu has a wide variety of food that tastes good. Service was fast and responsive. I'm not sure why the layout hasn't been changed, so that more tables face the water.

The food was good. The service was excellent. Like the fried chicken. I recommend coming to Max if you live in Dumaguete.

The waitress taking the order seems like she doesn't like her job anymore. Lacks energy greeting the customer and also kind of rude taking the order.
