Only really stopped in for a beer and snack. Good location. Overlooking water, was the only one here. Menu looked ok, tried milkfish spring rolls which were good, staff were friendly and attentive.

Went here with family and colleagues. Tip: go to the second floor. It has a fantastic view of the sea. Partially obstructed by electrical wires but still fantastic. Go to the second floor also to avoid the live band in the first floor. Not that the band is bad but if you're there with family and friends, maybe you'd want to get away from the band. The food was okay. My family seemed to love the crab. I had beef tenderloin and it was just okay. Note that Hayahay is also a watering hole. I remember going here less than 10 years go drink with officemates and our hosts.

I really like the view and the food is all pretty good. There is one thing that made me decide to not go back and that was the 5% surcharge that was added on the bill after the meal was over. If there would of been a sign of mention of it before my meal or would of been OK with me but you can't add charges onto a bill after the fact and I don't like deceitful practices so they lost a good customer for that sneaky reason.

Food is okay but the service was terrible. Went through an entire meal without them serving any water despite asking for it repeatedly. Their seafood is too expensive. The heat was unbearable as they couldn't even afford to fix the broken ceiling fan.

The restaurant has significantly deteriorated since we last went there 5 years ago. The smell of a roach infestation greets you upon entry. We foolishly ignored it and gave it a chance thinking the food would still compensate for it since our last experience was a good one. We were terribly disappointed. The different dishes we ordered all basically used the same red sauce. Crabs were scrawny and mostly shell. Oysters were pathetically small. Only the clam soup was good. The restaurant had smelly dishes and we had to ask the waiter to change them. But the most un-forgiveable were these: 1) My daughter had terrible food poisoning and had a fit of vomiting after eating the oysters 2) A big flying cockroach landed on my sleeve and flew around the restaurant. It has become a filthy place with substandard food. We will never go back and never recommend this place again.
