Gabby's Bistro - Dumaguete City

We had a hard time finding a late-night dining option in Dumaguete, but a local colleague suggested Gabby's and we were thrilled with the recommendation. This quickly became our go-to dinner spot for the rest of our stay. The extensive menu offered a variety of delicious options, all of which we thoroughly enjoyed. Our server, who took care of us each night, was excellent.

I absolutely adore the energetic and lively atmosphere at this restaurant! It's the perfect spot to hang out with friends, with a wide-ranging menu featuring dishes from around the world. The portions are impressively large and satisfying. I tried the Malay satay chicken and couldn't get enough of the delicious peanut sauce. Thanks for a fantastic dining experience!

When we arrived at Florentina Homes, we were very hungry. Therefore, we decided to have our late lunch at Gabby's Bistro. This is my second time in Dumaguete, and the last time I dined here was 6 years ago. I am delighted to say that the food is still delicious! We ordered pizza, pasta, rice meals, and, of course, milkshakes. We dined here three times during our entire stay at Florentina Homes, as breakfast was not included in our room rate. Fortunately, the restaurant serves excellent food. The restaurant is also beautifully decorated, giving off a vintage 70's bistro vibe. The staff are incredibly nice and friendly. I highly recommend this place when you visit Dumaguete.

Nothing special with The taste. I'm not familiar with the brand name but i think it is locally made(luzon area)and price is a bit expensive. We paid 570 pesos for 6 scoops (100grams each including the cup)

It’s been a long time since we ate at Gabby’s bistro. I think years ago. This used to be a favourite when I was still in training. We ordered the ribs, the Caesar’s salad, Oreo ice cream dessert, pork sisig and the French fries. We still had a good time they provided colouring paper and crayons for my daughter. The ambiance is the same as we remembered. But the food is not the same
