Opa Gyros Kabob - Duluth

Oh my goodness, I absolutely love this place! If you're looking for authentic Greek food, this is the spot to visit. We live on the Southside, so you know it's fantastic, especially with gas prices being what they are. We tried the original gyro and the chicken gyro, and my son had the kids' pizza, which he loved!

Wow! When I walked in, I was immediately impressed by how clean and beautiful the interior was. I received a warm welcome from the gentleman at the counter—who, unfortunately, I didn't catch the name of—who assisted me in selecting my meal. Right now, I'm thoroughly enjoying some truly AMAZING food! I ordered the lamb gyro platter with a hummus appetizer and rosewater iced tea, and they even surprised me with a complimentary piece of baklava! Every single bite has me saying, "Mmm!" It's fresh, tender, and perfectly seasoned. I can't wait to come back. This place is absolutely fantastic! Thank you so much, everyone! Delicious!

My daughter and I enjoyed a delightful late lunch today! What a wonderful discovery! We were warmly welcomed by Moji, who answered all our questions and helped us choose our orders. We started with the Falafel and Spanakopita appetizers, both of which were absolutely delicious, and the Tzatziki was incredibly fresh. My daughter had the Kubideh Kabob Persian Platter, while I opted for the Shish Beef Kabob Persian Platter. Both dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. This place is truly a hidden gem—the staff was very friendly and the food was outstanding. We will definitely return!

WOW! Amazing food yet again!! This is now my second review since the food is just soooo good. When you have terrific Greek food and the establishment is spotless/clean, it is completely deserving a second review. They deserve it! You can tell they have so much pride in their food and business. Keep it up. The gyros are to die for. All other places around Johns Creek are terrible. You won't regret eating here.

Opaa is hands down our favorite Mediterranean place for lunch or dinner. And their catering service is superb. Mandy and her team has the best customer service and our recent catering order was executed perfectly. Mandy helped with choosing our menu so we got the best variety and plenty of food for our guests. Everything from the fresh humus to the ground Beef and chicken kebabs was delicious as always. It’s my go to place for catering for a crowd as they never disappoint.
