Maple Street Biscuit Company Parsons Alley

I loved it! The food was great! It was super busy though and the staff were working their tails off! Some rude customers were ticked at the wait, but I’m not sure what they expected when the line was out the door! Obviously there would be a wait, but I worked as a waitress so I’m sympathetic! I did see the employees doing everything in their power to keep customers happy and with a place with great food, that’s what matters most!

If you are ever in this area please check out Maple Street Biscuit Company!! Awesome staff, amazing homemade food, and even better coffee!!! My favorite is the Maple Tap brew!

The customer service was amazing..the hashbrowns, waffles and white gravy were delicious,the chicken was dry,tough,and not seasoned well...but my overall experience was great.

We absolute love Maple Street Biscuit Company!! The food is amazing, the atmosphere is very relaxing and we love the question of the month. Our favorite breakfast spot!!
