This bubble tea place is to the right of the movie theater. Great service as always and very consistent. They know what they are doing and the Boba is always soft and excellent. Can’t go wrong with choosing this place

First Kung Fu Tea I tried. Not my favorite in terms of boba as I feel it's a little more watered down, but it's nearer to the top of my list than most places. The thing I love most about Kung Fu Tea is they're the only boba place with an app and nice rewards system. Definitely worth a try.Parking: More than ample parking in free lot.

The place is ok. It's your regular boba place. No plugs to charge. Lots of seats available.
