Bidrage med feedbackService is horrible. They sometimes be kind of rude. I went last time and just left . They should maintain the tables, bar clean . And instead they had me waiting while they cleaned the WHOLE BAR AT 6pm on a Sunday. Crazy . And not just that once she was done with the side I was standing she didn't even offer me to seat. I'm not sure how they do things but it was enough to make me feel uncomfortable and just go seat outside and eventually while I waited just left. If it wasn't for the price drinks and the games on TV I probably would not go . I just love going because it brings me back memories of years ago when I used to go and have a drink at the bar. Place is not the same anymore.
Service was great. Our server Brianna was exceptional. Very attentive and friendly. I might just have found my favorite spot for baby back ribs. The meat was so tender and the seasoning was just enough. The meat was juicy and not dry like so many other places I've been to. I haven't been back here for a long time and was very happy very everything.
Despite their prices, food is okay ish. I wouldn't suggest or recommend this place if you are looking for good taste, but the vibe of the restaurant is good.
This Applebee's was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a while. The place is dirty, with chips on the floor and sticky tables. The server only gave half of us water, and the service was awful. We never got the item we ordered, and they charged us for a beer we didn't order. The people at the bar were screaming, and the food was only okay. The steak was so chewy, I would never come back here.
Would have easily given 5 star but I feel I need to address the Waitress "Jasmin H '. Very lovely girl with good service BUT she NEEDS to SMILE!!! She comes off as if she didn 't want to be there. Sweet girl but has this eerie look that has no service expression at all.....very scary! I believe that she knows her Job very well but you cannot work in a service environment with that Stoic look. .....SMILE and be enthusiastic! I have been in Hospitality Senior management both locally and internationally so I have a deft understanding of Customer Service. She is young and might not know much so pls train her in better Physical Communication with Customers. Her facial Communication dampened our experience a bit, though we enjoyed the evening. Thank you!
