Wild Horse Casino - Dulce

This place is a complete disaster! Many of the staff members are unhelpful, rude, and judgmental. The food is far from acceptable, the casino doesn't offer good payouts, and the rooms are below standard. You're better off staying in a nearby town like Chama or Pagosa.

The restaurant is very clean, both inside and out, including the bathrooms. The staff is friendly, although the security could be a bit more relaxed. The atmosphere is enjoyable, and the slot machines are moderately loose. Overall, it was a good experience.

The casino is nice, and the hotel is quite good. There’s a great variety of machines available. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Additionally, the customer service was lacking. It was difficult to find a drink anywhere, as the bar is located far away in the hotel area or at the high-limit tables. This place has really changed; it used to have a nice bar in the center of the casino, which is now missing. The prices are outrageous too—charging $6 for a bottle of beer feels like highway robbery. As for the slot machines, they seem tighter than ever. I understand the impact of COVID-19 on the business, but players have been affected too. It would be nice to see some adjustments so that winning feels possible again. The drink service at the tables is sporadic at best, and overall, the atmosphere just doesn’t compare to what it once was. Wild Horse used to be the best casino in town, but that's no longer the case. Places like Talking Stick and Casino Arizona offer a much better experience these days. I really miss the good old days at Wild Horse.

The service was excellent, and the accommodations were the best we've ever experienced.
