Waterfront Food Espresso - Dudley

I had lunch at this restaurant and found a hair in my food that belonged to a member of the kitchen staff. When I brought it to the manager's attention, they became aggressively defensive and asked me to leave without offering an apology for their mistake. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Poor service - if they're not happy with their job, they should find a new one. I don't want to see unhappy faces during my meal. It seems like Brexit has taken a toll as the portion sizes have been significantly reduced compared to last year.

This is our first time ordering from here today, and the salad boxes are amazing. They offer great value for money.

Unfortunately, the waterfront is a pretty distance for us to travel so that we don't go as often as we want. they are all beautiful friendly girls who work there and eating is always very fresh and huge portions and very favorable. there is a good selection of food and specialties. this is a bar with limited seating, but if they are ever in this area, I would recommend a visit to this beautiful, friendly eating bar. they will not be disappointed.

Having just relocated on to the Waterfront we did not know what good would be on offer for lunch. What a great outlet, good quality food and wide menu choice. We will be frequent users.
