Was served today by Donna, lovely member of staff who got my order exactly right and loaded the food on my plate all served with a smile; couldn't ask for a better service. Brilliant food as always

Very friendly staff member which really adds to this food establishment was Courtney. Quick, hot and hearty food. Courtney who served us was very friendly and patient as we took some time making our minds up. Have visited many times and shall be back many more times to come.

Unlike the establishment next door (fish n chips place) who ignored me served the person that arrived after me, Courtney treated me like every customer should be treated! She helped me with a dish I wanted changing was really happy to serve me give me info about the food. What a lovely person! I tend to gravitate towards places that give good old fashioned customer service this why I love HARPERS. It lives true to its name British Classics for the delicious fresh food its helpful, friendly customer service . Thank you Courtney MERRY CHRISTMAS! PS the cheese onion pie was very tasty my mother enjoyed the gravy!

Not too bad for a warming meal after a hard day's work. I had the cheese potato pie. This was lovely.

Great service from Courtney, nothing was too much trouble. Good food and great prices. Would definitely come back again.
