I ordered a two-tier cake for my wedding on May 8, 2023, and Paula was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She made sure to gather all the necessary information and was a pleasure to communicate with. Paula kept me informed about any potential issues and always confirmed my permission for any changes, which I truly appreciated. She delivered the cake to our venue on time, and it was absolutely delicious! I had some concerns that the buttercream might be too sweet, but it was perfectly balanced. The cake looked stunning and tasted amazing, and our guests loved it too. I'm so glad I chose Cakes from Paula, and I highly recommend them to others. This was exactly what I was looking for my son's first birthday celebration. Everyone absolutely loved the cake! The staff placed it on the table for us, which was a nice touch. The customer service was excellent. It was definitely worth it!

If I were lower than one. I ordered a cake and she messed up and didn't do anything. She offered to do it and deliver it, but this would have been hours after I needed. Thanks for ruining our first day in Ma for us. The cake should be for my mother's birthday. Very unreliable

Paula is incredible! Our friend referred us to Paula after she created the most beautiful champagne cake last year for her birthday and we needed cupcakes for a party. Every step from the phone call/texting to order them, to picking up the cupcakes was seamless and she created 36 of the most beautiful cupcakes in just 5 days!
