Kakow Kanteen - Dubuque

Have replaced my morning routine with the cacao with protein and banana. Only been doing it about a month or so but I quit relying on caffinated energy drinks and feel pretty good. I would definitely recommend this for busy people or people working out... very interested in the meal replacement

Very pleased with the egg and cheese croissants and the beverage selections. Looking forward to trying the lunch sandwiches too.

Never have I had cacao brewed. At first visit I had brewed plain, to have a calorie free hot drink. Interesting notes but enjoyable to drink. Also helped with daily bathroom habit- if you get my drift. Had a cold sandwich and dessert to eat later. Fun side of bugles! Cacao chocolate cake was lovely hot with my added berries. The cake had very little sweetness. Felt like a healthy dessert : Second visit I wanted the latte. It was called the Canadian. It was the perfect sweetness and overwhelming chocolate Taste, but not thick like a chocolate syrup. It was phenomenal!

Also tough to remember how to spell cacao versus the name of restaurant Kacow .
