Domino's Pizza - Dubuque

Unfortunately, I feel that it is necessary to change our opinion of this Domino. We ordered this Domino every week. In the last 2 weeks we could not place online order with them. We have tried on several devices and in different browsers. Last week my husband went to the store just to find that we could not use our regular voucher because it was an online only voucher. We paid the higher price to determine the problem with online order would be fixed. We only have our order this week to find that we could not place online order again. This time we wanted to see if we could get the voucher price we used every week. Once again we were told that they could not apply the voucher because it was only online. We tried several ways and couldn't create an online order with this Domino's. We will now place our business in the other Domino's in the city as their online order system works and we could place our regular order with the 3-topping big $7.99 voucher. After using our gift cards, we will be second guests, whether we continue to make our weekly pizzas at Domino's. We were very discouraged as we were on the phone, especially if we have been so loyal customers for over a year. Original review: We love the Domino. The staff was always great. We get pizza every week. Dominos Pan Pizzas are great!

Bought 4 pizzas there tonight. They were overcooked, dry and one was burned. The person who I placed the order with was pleasant and could easily merit 5 stars, but the pizza was the worst we have ever ordered from Dominos.

Ordered a bread bowl and got about 12 noodles and 4 pieces of chicken.

Ordered pizza ahead of time, paid for it ahead of time. When we arrived a man named drake refused to serve us. Place is a s hole with bad service do not go there.

Awful customer service. Wouldn’t except my delivery because I was 1.2 miles outside the range. Even though the other store said it was OK because they were not delivering. Manager wouldnt give me his first name was extremely disrespectful and rude. Simply was asking for his first name so I could call back at a later day and to confirm that they would no longer deliver even though they’ve delivered to this address many times. Extremely disappointing
