Worst experience ever for a guest house, rooms are very small not as the pictures on the booking website. You have to take million stairs to reach the main road the other option is to wait 40 min for the bus and another 20 min to reach the center

I cannot forget about the mess and destroyed room I lived in with molds on the walls and smell of mold everywhere in the whole building. Also, the balcony 's door is broken and the cables coming from the above are not very comfortable for being used. Unfortunately, the worst is the lack of safety in your place and the electricity in the sink in the water... my boyfriend got electricity shock for 2 times. I appreciate your advice about not using this kitchen anymore but it 's not the solution. In my opinion, a professional electrician should see it and fix it as it 's dangerous for everybody. Electricity and water are not the best couple and something bad can happen. Also, the rooms and the whole building need general renovation.

Disgusting musty rooms. Mold in the shower. Inconvenient location with nearly a million steps from the main road. Brutish women with an attitude runs the place with her loud screaming children. Not worth the value. Please don’t stay here, you will regret it instantly.

Absolutely the worst place that you can stay in Dubrovnik. The landlord is nice BUT the place is ATROCIOUS! Apart from the location that is a bit off but has a good connection by bus there are other things you should worry about. Dirty rooms full of spiders and mosquitoes and the rooms have an intense smell of mold. No investment has been made in the facilities for years. I felt cheated for my money and I felt I was sleeping in Addams Family's mansion. DON'T waste your money here please!

Door in my room was broken and you could not shut it. Room had AWFUL smell and a dirty bathroom. Stains on the sheets with a condom wrapper in the closet. view was the only part worth it.
