Tim Hortons - Dublin

I usually don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience at this restaurant. Avoid this place unless you have endless time to spare. I visited on Saturday around 3:30 PM and went through the drive-thru. There was no one in front of me and no one behind me – now I understand why. After waiting several minutes, I finally heard a voice on the speaker. The employee told me to wait a minute. Four minutes later, I received my order. When I pulled up to the window to pay, I noticed three employees standing inside, but none of them came to take my payment. After three additional minutes of waiting, I was frustrated by the terrible service!

I can't stand Tim Hortons restaurants. They really don't live up to being a good coffee shop. You go there expecting to get a decent cup of coffee, but then you find out their espresso machine is supposedly broken. I really don't believe it; I suspect they're just starting to clean it since it's getting close to closing time. I'm fed up with the poor service and won't be returning anytime soon. I can easily do without this franchise.

The service was impressively fast. I was in and out with my hot coffee in under two minutes. It was a quick experience overall. Plus, the coffee tasted just like authentic Tim Hortons.

Many other coffee options that do not last 15 minutes to use the drive-thru if, they can even in the line. the available space is very limited. they sit at the end on the road and wait for the parking lot. Food: 2/5

I had a amazing experience at Tim hortons! They were quick, nice, and the food was delicious. The workers names were Alex and androw. They were both amazing and deserve raises!
