Starbucks always tastes burnt. Local places seems to be up and coming again which I fully support.
Was waiting for assistance for like 5 minutes, there was no one in line. They didn’t accept the Starbucks payment. I ordered a grande mocha frappe and they gave me something with chocolate so I told the lady and she said that the drink was supposed to be like that. The guy she was working with was also very rude. Unbelievable!
I would honestly give one star if I could! I recently witnessed practicallythe entire staff making fun of a man who had ordered ahead of me, they did not have paper to provide him with a receipt when he had requested one, they humiliated this person and literally made fun of him after he left, I witnessed the staff discussing the incident for 15 minutes rather than make our drinks, which I had been waiting for close to 30 minutes already. Very unprofessional and rude!!Today, I waited another 35 minutes for a mobile order, So the estimate was 25 minutes off. When I inquired with the barista she was very short and rude with me. This may sound pretty nitpicky, however, when I told her I had coconut milk in my drink she actually argued with me and then be came very condescending. I would like to report the store to corporate because of their treatment of their guests. Going back to the man With the man/receipt issue, I walked up and told the green haired manager that I did not think it was appropriate to make fun of customers in front of other customers, She simply shrugged it off. Think twice about going to this location their treatment of their guest is very rude and they are extremely slow and not efficient in any way. The lady that does the mobile orders really needs to work On her manners and her social graces.
As a regular customer, I was very disappointed during my visit today. A staff member named Camille was working at the register and, while she was assisting customers, I noticed she touched her nose without washing her hands. After that, she went on to make drinks, one of which was for my partner, and it turned out to be terrible. It’s concerning not only that she didn't wash her hands but also that the quality of the drink was poor. I really hope that in the future, employees will wear gloves while preparing drinks.
