Jolene's Wings Beer - Dublin

I had my first visit to this restaurant, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The food was good, but what really impressed me was the outstanding customer service. When there was a problem with my dish, both the server and the manager handled it with remarkable professionalism and went the extra mile to make it right. It was evident that they truly cared about ensuring we had a great experience. I would definitely come back, and I have to highlight the fries—they were amazing!

We really enjoyed our meal, especially the street corn fries and the goat cheese with pepper jelly for starters. The chicken pot pie was sizable but tasted only mediocre. On the other hand, the Korean Ribeye bibimbap bowl was delicious and filling, enough to satisfy both my husband and daughter. The kids were pleased with their meals as well, which included generous portions of classic kid-friendly options. Overall, it was a nice experience.

As a Grubhub driver, I would like to share my thoughts on my recent delivery experience. After receiving the notification that my driver was on the way, there was a noticeable delay before any progress was made. Eventually, instead of taking the usual 15-minute route, the driver chose a much longer one, likely because of another drop-off. My order came in a large bag, and when I checked the delivery on my porch camera, I saw that it wasn't put in an insulated bag. Unfortunately, this meant that the chicken arrived cold, the onion rings were soggy, and only the French fries managed to stay warm.

The service was satisfactory. I ordered the Nashville Hot and Garlic Parmesan bone-in wings. They were fine, but not outstanding. I felt that both flavors could have benefitted from more sauce, and the Nashville Hot wasn't very spicy. Considering the price, I would probably prefer Wingstop instead, as I find their wings to be tastier, more reasonably priced, and they offer a wider range of flavors.

I had a delicious rice dish with chicken, which I really enjoyed. The others in my group ordered burgers and grilled cheese sandwiches, and everyone appeared to be happy with their meals. The service was adequate, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The prices were fair too. This was my first time at Lazy Dig, and I’m likely to come back in the future.
