Charleys Cheesesteaks - Dublin

Bland bread, frozen process steak processed cut provolone with a large amount of Mayo. Bacon cheddar fries... Super salty liquid yellow cheese with over boiled bacon. For the price you pay, I'd rather have a subway.

This Charley's is terrible and the customer service is very poor. Despite the mall being open until 9pm, good luck getting food if you go there past 8pm. I went there one time at 815 and they were no longer serving fries. I went there another time at 830 and they would not serve me any food at all...but they offered to sell me a fountain drink. Are you serious?? Because I live in the area I've talked to other people who have had the same experience. Apparently they like to be lazy and shut everything down early. You are better off going to the one on Sawmill Road. They are truly open until 9pm.

I ordered a regular chicken teriyaki with nothing on it. Also got a regular drink. The guy didn’t give me my drink so I had to wait to get that. Then when I asked to get a drink they didn’t want to give it to me. I got my sub and didn’t notice until I got in my car and left that it had onions on it and the bread was completely soggy.

The Mexican owners/operators were very rude to my wife and daughter. Practically threw their food at them because the order taker messed up the order then got mad because we tried to tell them so.
