I went to Saigon city today the food was absolutely disgusting my chips were green they didn’t put much rice in my 4in1 I won’t be ordering from them again! While I was trying to talk to them there communication was very low and did not understood what I was saying the food I got wouldn’t even fill a gap in your teeth for the price that I paid for the stuff I ordered! I don't usually leave reviews, but I hope you guys at Saigon see this. Your food is Great, been ordering from you for a few years now, but you need to do something about your ordering system and keep your online presence up to date. When your system is working, its great and fast, but also I can't count the amount of times your site and Google claimed you were open, then I waste my time ordering and waiting for a confirmation only for it to get cancelled like 5-10 mins later, then when I call to see what's going on, no one picks up. Its sunday and your Google business account says you're open until 1 am, either you're not open, or your staff are extremely bad at answering calls. You need to fix this as it makes your company look amature and you lose business because it's not working. Plus people are wasting their time thinking you're open. I would give you a 4.5 if this was working. Please do better so we can enjoy your food and service. Awesome food though, compliments to the chef.
