Disgusting service, poor quality, definitely don’t recommend.

This Giancarlo Coffee employee’s treatment of customer Kate at the Perth Airport Cafe is this employee sane because she sounds quite mad doesn’t she know that each person knows at least 200 people and that a customer treated this badly will tell all her friends, family and fb followers all about this mad woman’s behaviour at Giancarlo Coffee ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

I was standing with my bags and took a seat for one minute to get my purse out and the waitress came over and told me I couldn’t sit here. I explained that I was just about to buy a coffee and she told me to ‘Shut up and get up’ I asked her to not talk to me like that please and she told me to ‘Hush up little girl and stop talking’. Other customers heard and a few walked away. I have never had anyone be so rude to me in my life! Not a nice way to end my holiday in Perth and I will NEVER eat here or recommend it to anyone again!

Very good coffee. Thanks for finally serving full cream milk. Good service too.
