Burrito Bros Mexican Food

Food is always late and tonight it was cold too. Don’t mind food being a bit late (usual with these) but tonight it was stone cold as well, and when I rang them to complain I wasn’t happy with the customer service. Was basically told it wasn’t their fault. And when I went to get the receipt I realized the driver had taken it off the bag, avoid them at all costs till they replace some staff and drivers

Spent the next day on the toilet, it was the only thing i ate all day as i was coming off. Sorry im not one to post bad reviews. But i was no impressed

Food was eventually delivered cold 2 hours and 3 phone calls after I ordered. I was given rubbish excuses and service. Avoid at all costs.

Always get serviced by Candy or Sebastian and they are awesome everytime

Nice effort, friendly staff and atmosphere and obviously popular but burritos are not as tasty as in similar places, not to mention true Mexican food. I write this review after trying twice. Ingredients were cold or not warm and on both occasions Guacamole was sold out and it was not late.
