Overcoming our expectations at The Ramen Bar. We started testing the Niku Man Burger bao incoming and it was quite a success. The pig was juicy and with a lot of flavor, perfectly cooked and with a generous portion for the dish price. Then we tried the ramen Tonkotsu Butter Miso to not go with the classic as many complained of the taste of the broth. The truth is we really liked it. The taste was very successful and the amount of pig I brought was more than enough. To repeat.

Very particular and clean place. The service pretty fast. Generous dishes so I recommend to make one order and see if there is enough room to try other delicacies that you can take home in case you can't finish it. My dish was with a delicate taste and delicious original tonkotsu perfect for the cold and rainy days of Dublin.

Friendly service and cool atmosphere but, the food was mediocre at best. I read a few reviews saying how authentic the ramen tasted...nope. born and raised in Kanto region of Japan and have to disagree. HOWEVER, the noodles themselves seemed legit.
