Another wonderful dining experience! I would like to express my gratitude to the staff for their excellent assistance.

We made a reservation for 5:15 PM and arrived on time. We ordered drinks and food at 5:20 PM, but our meals didn’t arrive until 6:50 PM. When we inquired about our order, the waitress seemed to try and avoid us; she would divert her path every time she passed by our table. We understand that they were extremely busy, especially with the match happening at that time, but waiting nearly an hour and a half for our dinner is unacceptable. The communication was very poor, and the waitress really needs better training, especially in dealing with customers. I'm quite disappointed with the service. We do appreciate the manager’s gesture of offering complimentary wine, but it doesn't make up for the experience.

I have frequently dined at this restaurant for family events and brought my mother here for her birthday on Sunday. We arrived and placed our order right away, mentioning that we had a baby and a child with us. I was assured it would only take a maximum of 40 minutes. However, I had to call the server four times, and after 65 minutes, we had to leave without having eaten because there was still no sign of our food. Additionally, we were charged for drinks we never had, as we were just waiting for our dinner. Our Sunday evening was a complete disappointment. It was embarrassing to have people staring at us as we waited for so long. I'm really disappointed, especially since this isn't the first time we've experienced this.

Eating was great, good menu for everyone. very reasonable prices for high quality food. the personal was friendly and a great atmosphere. will return and would recommend
