Bidrage med feedbackWe had the House Combination For 2 as it sounded like the right amount of food for what we needed. It has crispy wontons, skewered chicken satay, barbeque ribs, spring rolsl and sesame prawn toast. All was tasty except for the ribs, but that may simply be our liking of some barbeque sauces and not others. Service was consistent and good. They did have options on wines and some beers available that I didn 't see on any menus. The restaurant is also known as Sheng Jing.
Situated in quite a quiet area of Dublin but opposite the Skylon hotel where we were staying. It's a nice restaurant which is both a cosy place to eat but also quite stylish. The menu is quite extensive. The vegetable tempura is delightful. There were some fairly large groups when we went so felt a little rushed but otherwise no complaints
I havent eaten in the restaurant but i get take aways from the restaurant and they are lovely. i have been going there for years as i grew up in this area. Very cheap and tasty compared to other restaurants the only thing i dont like is curry sauce but its ok still eatable but other dishes are very tasty and cheap.staff are always polite and nice.
I based my rating solely on the fantastic service I received at this restaurant. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and efficient. While the food was good, it could use a bit more flavor. For example, the sweet and sour dish was a bit watery, but the rice was delicious and the sweet honey sauce was tasty. Overall, the meal was a great value for the price. With a little more attention to the flavors in the dishes, I could see myself coming back to this restaurant regularly.
The service at the restaurant was excellent, but unfortunately, the food did not live up to expectations. My girlfriend and I ordered the all-you-can-eat menu for 16.90 euros. She also had a glass of red wine, but she didn't think it was very good. The duck in some of the dishes we tried was overcooked and dry. The spare ribs lacked flavor, and the BBQ sauce was unremarkable. The Singapore noodles were also lacking in flavor. Overall, we were disappointed with the quality of the meal, especially considering that it cost about the same as dining at the superior Thai restaurant next door.
