Seasons - Dublin

We had a wonderful time at Rossi's pop-up brunch at Intercontinental Dublin. The menu selection was fantastic, starting with antipasti and followed by a delicious Risotto alla parmigiana. It was a special treat to be served by Alberto Rossi himself, who shared his knowledge about the food we were about to enjoy. Danielle and Gezim provided excellent service. It's a shame that today was the last day for this experience, but hopefully Intercontinental will bring it back soon - it's just what this amazing hotel was missing!

Intercontinental dublin is a luxurious five star hotel in the leafy, redbricked quarters of ballsbridge. Surrounded by landscaped gardens, it is a beautiful walk of about 40 minutes through the old Georgian dublin to grafton street in dublin city centre, or about 15 minutes by car or taxi.

Yesterday we had the confirmation dinner of my sohnes in seasons and we had a fantastic experience. we had a beautiful bright room with lots of space. the food was excellent and all the workers were so friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend a family.

For two people with the cheapest (sic) bottle wein on the menu I would expect much better. cold steak, chew and overcooked piece (zinn) lobster at a supplement, veg extra in per serving, watery velouté suppe, and bad desserts...did not make us feel, we got worth for money.

What a Terrible experience… Will Never go back. As regular guests at the hotel we wanted to support the outdoor dinning reopening and finally got a table. Suffice to say the level of Service was shockingly bad and to add to this Terrible experience, I...was presented with food that had Hair in it which was so below standard and expectation especially for an Intercontinental hotel. I was further frustrated that after I expressed my absolute disappointment with such a Terrible experience with guest relations, I was assured the Food Beverage Manager would contact me to discuss further; that never happened!!
