Nando's - Dublin

I went for lunch with my daughter as we both like Nandos and good for veggies. They do a loaded fries with chicken and cheese. I asked if we could have it with their plant option no, but we could have it with all the rest, same price, but we'll pile on the other stuff. The chips had no cheese, so were just chips with some nandos sauce and a tiny scattering of spring onion. I asked the manager for a discount as €9.50 seemed excessive for what we got. He got down on his honkers to passive agressively explain their cooking process over and over again. Every time I tried to talk, he would say. let me finish agressively..... The staff all looked sad and tired, the restaurant was grubby. There were crumbs all over my torn sofa seat. Not Great.

Shocking service, over 30 min wait for average overpriced food. Really disappointing as I was a regular here. Two previous occasions they couldn’t take me as they were having “issues”. Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt but won’t be happening again.

Visited recently every fork I picked up had food on it , spoke to 3 staff to be told the dishwasher was on. Not bothered at all. There were piles of food waiting to be taken to tables we got ours after over 30 mins and it was bearly hot. NANDOS is not that cheap , I expect better service

Nandos was an easy choice for a warm summer evening. Good food reasonably priced and friendly staff make it a regular choice for family dinners.

Worst Nando’s I’ve ever had, chicken totally overcooked and dry. Service useless, asked us how it was, told her it was well below average to what I had previously experienced in Nando’s, her reply “do u think I should tell the manager” I said yes probably a good idea and after 10 minutes. I one came to the table so we just left
