Bidrage med feedbackWent as a family of 7. €9.50 for kids nuggets and chips! Ordered 2 lasagnes that came with no garlic bread and completely inedible chips that had been fried many times before in old grease. The only rose wine on the menu is Spanish that recommends you drink it with paella. Hardly going to find that in an Italian. Overall disgrace of an establishment. And to top it all off received a €111 bill and when I went to pay the credit card machine was “broken” which it apparently has been for weeks. Had to walk to the petrol garage across the road in January. Freezing cold and totally ridiculous. What would have happened if I had refused or it was pouring rain???? Don’t go here unless you want to waste cash (as they don’t take card), leave hungry and be overall disappointed.
We live local to Guzto so have been many times. Hadn't been since before the summer but as always went with my family for a bday meal as it's always been so good well I can honestly say il never be back! Yes their pizzas are still good but like other reviews its all about their take out business! My husband ordered one of their specials a 4 cheese gnocci, has ordered it the last 4-5 times we have been there and loves it one of the reasons we always return so first of all it arrived in a red sauce....We advised her it was meant to be Quattro formaggio and the girl tried to argue with us and attempt to look through the menu to show us something that wasn't there so again he pointed to their own specials board!! So a second attempt at the gnocci was another disastrous fail! It arrived with 4 lumps of uncooked cheese on plain gnocci i have attached photo to show at first we were like is someone taking the pi !! So said to the girl we wanted the 4 cheese sauce not 4 chunks of cheese on plain gnocci!!! She came back to say it's a different chef on(obviously can only make pizza) and what else would he like at this stage he ordered a second beer and just shared my pizza as he couldn't cope with a third wrong meal! My mum got the mushroom fettucini and she said it wasn't great quite oily and she said felt microwaved! Unfortunatly sad to say we will never be back! And after all of these errors not a single apology from anyone in the restaurant nearly blaming us for their own chefs incompetencies!!
€2.50 for small soft drinks poured from a bottle behind the bar (while they have cans on display). We waited over an hour for our starters, after which time they brought out the wrong ones. We had to ask twice for everything including water for the table. After we asked for glasses for our water twice we just ended up having to use the dirty glasses from our soft drinks. They were in no way apologetic for all the mistakes they made or the delay. The one toilet they had was not clean either.
We have beien going to gusto since it opened and enjoyed going with the kids for a pizza.the pizzas are good and the atmosphere used to be good, however recently the atmosphere has become strained for customers and staff due to the takeaway side of the business being given priority. Last week we ordered and an hour later still had not been served our pizzas and saw countless numbers of pizzas leaving for home delivery. Other tables encountered the same problem. There were a lot of customer complaints at the slow and inattentive service. Unfortunately we won’t be back and will go to Terenure in future
We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery at 6.15pm and were given a delivery time of 7.25pm, which already seemed like a long time to wait but maybe they were busy. At 7.40pm we started ringing but no one was picking up the phone. On the 5th attempt we got someone who said the food was on the way. Our food arrived at 8pm. The pizza was pretty meh, with the crust super doughy, almost undercooked. The chicken wings with blue cheese dip were pretty good though.
