Bidrage med feedbackMy sister and I popped in for lunch on a visit to Dublin and I had the best burger I’ve had in many a long year! Not only that but the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I asked the young woman behind the bar if she could direct me to a place where I could swap Sterling for Euros, and she told me about the Revolut app instead. I downloaded it and added some cash, and then the young woman converted that into Euros for me and magicked up a virtual card! Amazing, and when I’m next in Dublin there is nowhere else that I’ll be going for lunch.
I spent a lovely evening in your fine establishment yesterday with my wife and some friends. A lovely evening until the end of the night when 4 pints of coors light and a pint of orchard thieves were inexplicably taken from our table by staff when our back were turned for a moment. If that wasn’t bad enough when I politely asked for the manager to ask for an explanation she told me without any apology that I would have to come back tomorrow. Now she knows that I won’t be making my way into town tomorrow to make a complaint as well as I do which I related to her. If that’s not enough after spending around €150 for the night in the establishment the so called manager told me to F@@k off and told a very bemused security man to “deal with us” I have socialised and worked in bars around Dublin City for years and I can honestly say that this was the most bizarre behaviour I have ever witnessed. This is something that I’m not tolerating nor should I It was an a apauling way to treat any patron and I demand a refund for our stolen drinks and an apology from the so called manager who told us to F@@k off I await your reply and can be contacted on 087 2467716
Visited here on St Patrick's day so was very busy and had a short wait to get in but once inside was not disappointed. Bar staff were amazing and friendly. The food and drink was reasonably priced and was to die for (pizza' are sublime). Music was fab and created an amazing atmosphere, would highly recommend
Went to this bar (now called The Giddy Dolphin) for drinks with friends. Place was lacking any atmosphere, Pizzas stodgy, Service was horrendous, waited 30 minutes to order a drink at bar, totally understaffed, and staff were so rude. Finally ended up leaving and going to a far better pub outside of Templebar. They need to get a good managers to run the place and hire enough staff for a Friday night. Avoid at all costs!
My partner and I came across this restaurant on a Saturday evening. The staff welcomed us, explained the ordering process, and warned us that the pizzas we ordered might be larger than expected if we ordered two. We opted for one pizza and some Guinness, and we were pleasantly surprised by how tasty the pizza was. It was so good that we ended up ordering a second one. Watching the chefs prepare the pizzas from scratch was a great experience, and they worked quickly. We would rate the service and taste 10/10 and the price 9/10. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely come back on our next visit to Dublin.
