Alponte Cafe - Dublin

This restaurant is amazing. They serve delicious coffee and real food with excellent service. They also sell beautiful craft items made by Irish producers and have a nice selection of reasonably priced paintings by a talented artist (whose name I unfortunately forgot).

I had an excellent salad at this restaurant. The coffee was delicious and they are also dog-friendly. The interior design is very well done. Definitely worth a visit.

Jays is a cozy restaurant that seats around twelve people, but it has a fantastic atmosphere with a mix of pantry items like cornflakes and gourmet dishes. Their veggie sandwich is incredibly tasty, and you receive excellent personal service. Don't forget to treat yourself to their morning coffee and croissant from time to time. It's a joy to have this gem right on your doorstep.

Really really lovely Cafe, the coffee is delicious and they do these black pudding and pear sausage rolls which are wonderful!

I paid a quick visit today to Jays A great little find on Dominick Street just around the corner from the Black Church. Excellent service, very friendly staff I think it may have been Jay), great tasty homemade food, served fresh and efficiently, Varied menu and a great selection for such a small cosy establishment, Well worth a small detour off the beaten track. Will definitely return.........
