Arrogance. When I waited for my turn in the RAK Bank ATM, I heard a loud voice, mocking and teasing from nearby people. It was from the opposite side of the ATM, by Chicking. “That’s not a tea shop,” “Don’t sit there” “There’s a board here” blah blah blah.. I know this place and I wanted to go there, but I'm not interested in that sight anymore. If they don't want someone to sit in their area, put a fence like any other shop. If they want to tell someone something, do it with respect. Be gentle and professional. Be nice and make sense to push your own voice and words. This is not a way to treat people. This is reflected in all chicking.

I would love to order everytime In Chicking# 043211942, Before customer Service staff are polite but twice I encountered rude behavior from their Telephone operator name Pradeesh.He is responding very rude at the very first time. When he answered the call, Csr should be professional but this man was very rude. When I am asking about the Kabayan Meals he replied to me rudely and he was saying that I am a regular customer already and I must know... BIG WOW for your behavior... I am speechless Sir you don't even know the word respect. I am a Customer and your dealing like that to me. I am very sad for the Owner of Chicking for getting such rude people like him.
