Bidrage med feedbackTo me this is by far the best ice cream place in Los Angeles. Love the variety and authentic vibes.
Really cute Mexican ice cream shop and the service is excellent. They have a wide selection of popsicles and ice cream. The man who was helping us was really friendly and helpful. Not only they have a great selection of ice cream, they also have an amazing array of Mexican candies as well. I will definitely come back here again to try some more flavors of ice cream.
I've been here a few times and it's been decent. Unfortunately I just went in (door was open and the OPEN sign was on) and they told me it was closed. I was there 10 min before the closing time that is listed. I wish I would have read the other comments about them closing early. The owner/manager should think about updating the hours. No worries though . I went across the street to Baskin Robbins!
Hopefully this serves as constructive so they can fix the problem. The girl that took our order was great, friendly and very attentive. I've been to this store several times but after what I saw today will probably not return. I apologized for her trouble and had to explained why I was cancelling our already prep'd order. She apologized back and ended the blattodea's sweet life.
Okay, first if let me say the ice cream and service is AMAZING! Sometimes the line is out the door and there is only one lady at the counter doing EVERYTHING! AND she is still so nice! I been here MANY times, spend a little over 50$ on most trips, but honestly the owners need to think of the customers and their staff! The Air Conditioner is ALWAYS broken down! Today it's 104 in Duarte during a heatwave!!! She's kicking ass back there, hot as **** and NICE! I would of closed down but she has good work ethic. Anyways .. y'all need to try the Nuez MOLIDO paletas and all the agua frescas are delicious, especially rn during the heatwave.
