Chili's Grill - Duarte

This was a bad experience all around. Upon walking in we were not greeted. As a matter of fact, we were ignored by the greeter/seater. It wasn't until a waiter came out front to let us know that out greeter would be out to seat us. Little did weknow our greeter was a young lady which had passed us many times without a word. She finally acknowledged our existence and satus. We were seated for fifteen minutes, we didn't see our waiter or any waiters at all servicing any of the other tables. Nowater, no drinks, no food... We were out! Left and went to the sushi spot right across the parking lot. This place didn't wantour money and we were happy not giving it. Not coming back.

Only 2 stars at this juncture. Food ordered as specified However the food delivered was wrong for 2 of 3 of us. My friends ended up eating only fries not the order requested. I ended up eating alone in front of my friends. Service was just ok butgetting the order wrong ruined the hoped for good experience. Perhaps this was a one time thing but who knows. I've hadbetter experiences at other Chile's restaurants

30 minutes wait to get a place. they need to create a member account to get the basket of chips that they have offered at sitting. the steak and the order of garnel came under $25 and tasted super! not the best steak, but hey it is chili and it is a good price for a solid meal. although the machine at the table says that it accepts apple (it does not) I tried (322 million times) our server said that they rarely work. but they can check and pay their order from the table that is somehow cool and futuristic. If we're ever here again, we'll look at this point.

First off Monrovia love your town. Second the hostess at the chili's bar and grill has a bad attitude . Don't think she likes her job Waiting for over 30 min. For our table . The first table they sit us down at was so dirty and sticky i could not pick the menu off the table

Place is so run down, dirty and the seating benches need replacement. You sit down and you feel the coils. OUCH! Place has gone down hill. Food is just ok now. Used to love their burgers, not so much anymore. Sad to see a good burger place go downhill.
