Alongi's Italian - Du Quoin

Our first experience dining at Takei was fantastic! I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, while my wife had the cannelloni. Our waitress provided exceptional service, and the meal was impeccable, starting with a wonderful appetizer and fresh, delicious salads. We truly enjoyed our evening and would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.

We ordered four Italian beef sandwiches and four Sicilian salads for nearly $60, but I was very disappointed. I've eaten out my whole life and never had a complaint before, but the portions were small and the food just wasn’t very good.

I took a little road trip to this place after reading an article about their pizza, and I wasn’t disappointed at all. The pizza was fantastic, and the service was excellent!

As always the food and service is amazing! The Shrimp Sampi is the best I ever had and the children loved the shrimps Alfredo! I've eaten there for years and the love that the family has come back is always so friendly to us!

There is a reason why Alongi's has been there so long. The food is great, the atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is wonderful. A heartwarming childhood memory.
