Employees ,Frank and Mohammed , need to be recognized for the hard work they dedicate to this company . Cons: As a manager myself , the female manager for lunch was a little demanding to her staff. Yelling as if it was a sporting event . “ Is this shake done yet ?! I need a melt to the window now !” After the items were completed, no “ thank you “ or “ great job everyone “ was offered . This is a quick way to drop team morale. I would’ve loved to hear the employees get recognition as it was extremely busy during lunch time .
The place is very peaceful with a wholesome enviroment. For my first time trying, I found the food very enjoyable
It has been a few years since I'd been in a steak and shake. I know several locations have closed and they've had their problems. We stopped in there recently and found this location has changed their business model. You have to order from a kiosk. It made me feel sorry for older people who wouldn't know what to do. In order to get the drink machine to work, you have to scan your QR code from your receipt. Again, not something an older person would know what to do. Maybe their target audience is young folks, which is fine, but I don't believe my husband and I will be going back there to dine in.
Definitely wasn't my favorite experience. We got the food quick but I personally did not think it tasted that well. I got the garlic burger and it did not have a lot of garlic on it, and the fries needed more salt. The drink station was a little confusing on how to work as well since if you take to long it times you out and you need to rescan your recipe.
Dirty everywhere. Trash overflowing. We will not be back at that restaurant. Rating 1 out of 10
