Restaurant La Belle Province

I went to La Belle Province after seeing their sign for Poutine outside. Walked in and had a slight hiccup because the cashier couldn't speak English, but someone else stepped in and helped me order the poutine. It's a nostalgic spot, with old school decor and a menu that I found charmingly vintage.

I decided to order the smoked meat sandwich after reading reviews, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. However, the poutines were delicious and had authentic cheese curds. The food was good overall, but not outstanding. I will probably try a different restaurant next time.

The restaurant has a diner-style décor with model airplanes hanging from the ceiling. The service is prompt, the portions are generous, and the prices are affordable.

We stopped here for lunch on the way to Nova Scotia. We loved the smoked meat sandwiches and the poutin is also delicious. Each sandwich was stacked high and the poutine is generous with fresh squeaking curls. Cash is only prepared to come... or they have a money machine in the premises with a fee. We enjoyed our lunch so much that we stopped on our way home.

Good choice of restaurant and fast service good food ,everybody greets you with a smile , very clean place the poutine is out of this world ,never had anything like that the submarines, no worlds we loved it and the fries excellent we will come...back .............
