Lousy Service. Dinner was moderate. It's half a mile away. I should have been there

We always order from Moe's and it's always great. Today, the customer service I received was amazing. I had ordered online for delivery and only half of my order was delivered. Ty called me to let me know what happened. Then he called the delivery service to see what could be done. He went beyond and beyond in my eyes and this is excellent customer service for me. Even if the protocol is, his service was what helped me and my family enjoys our moe for another night. What was all the food was great!

Order for delivery with GrubHub. The food was good, but there were several mistakes in the order. The worst thing to be a vegetarian burrito was a chicken in it. Others had more smaller ingredient errors and they did not send salsa for the free chips and salsa. The reception they attach was right so I know it wasn't GrubHub's fault.

Ordered from the catering menu, the Taco Bar and additional sides. Super cost effective, great portions, and quick easy service. Recommend for any small parties! Tasty food without the hassle of cooking everything yourself.
