I am often in the café and find the quality of the offers really very good. So I don't want to forget the tree skirt (sweet and heart-shaped), salad, coffee and of course the delicious soft ice cream. As for the service, I have had the experience that there are some employees where the question appears - do you like your job...? So if some employees would show more commitment / friendliness, you could also forgive 5 stars.
