I usually love this location, however, my experience today has left a bitter taste. I ordered a venti honey citrus mint tea a short hot chocolate. We paid for the hot chocolate but I used my rewards for the tea. Not uncommon, something a do often. However, today I received the hot chocolate but instead of the tea I received a venti black coffee. As I was already at work when I noticed the mix up, I decided just to call and see about getting a refund of my rewards on the difference of the drink. First time I called, it rang rang before someone picked up and hung up the phone..... I figured it was just an accident, so I called back. After ringing for some time, a young lady answered informed me that they couldn't do anything about the rewards but if I brought the wrong drink back, they would make me the correct teas.... I told her that wasn't possible as I was already at work her response was that in that case they wouldn't be able to do anything.... No apology no resolution. Very disappointing.

Today the service was really good! Previously when I had come, I hadn’t had the best experience. But today Brooke was very kind and even gave my puppy a whipped cream cup! He loved it and I thought the coffee was delicious! ?

They always prepare my drinks just the way I order them—excellent! As for the service, I never visit any other Starbucks; they truly excel in customer service. The staff is always sweet and friendly. The atmosphere gets a solid 10/10. Thank you!
