Panda Express - Draper

My children really enjoy eating at Panda. Normally we have some issues, but tonight the young server who took my order was amazing. Thank you to Deshawn for being very friendly and checking each plate, adding more food to those that were not enough. Many thanks for the excellent service!

I love coming to this panda! It's by far my favorite! There is food absolutely amazing! The service is always phenomenal! Everyone is so fast and friendly, I have never experienced bad food or service, it's always very clean and well maintained, All employees are always happy with it! The Teriyaki chicken is always so tender and fresh every time I go in there?s always super good! I'll go to this panda forever! You earn 5 stars and high satisfaction, I always see that all work hard and make sure everything is on customer expectations, they? Your experience is fantastic!

My children like this place. We have been regular customers for more than a year. But now I felt the amount was reduced. Something orange chicken is sweeter than expected.

I have visited this restaurant a few times in the past, but the last three visits have been disappointing. It seems like there are quality control issues and management needs to step up. Yesterday, I tried the Chow for the first time and it was terrible - dry and tasteless. The fried rice was decent, but they messed up my order and gave me double portions of one dish instead of the three ducks I ordered. There were also no utensils, napkins, or fortune cookies provided. It's disappointing to see the decline in quality at this place over the past two years. I've heard good things about a Chinese food restaurant owned by the same family in the Maceys Strip shopping center on Draper Parkway. I will give them a try, as Draper is in need of a good authentic Chinese restaurant, not these commercialized places.

This is the worst Panda Express experience I've ever had! I went there for the second time within half an hour before closing, only to find out that they had closed early out of laziness. My family has been in the restaurant business for over 50 years and we have never closed early. I recommend hiring someone who is at least 18 years old, has a high school diploma, and possesses good customer service skills. Customer service is essential. I have been to another Panda Express where the food was better. I advise against going to this place and wasting your money, as they may close early or serve lazy food.
