Dunkin' - Dracut

Just went there for a coffee and muffin. The coffee was fine but the guy at the window had no customer service. Gave me a dirty look when I even looked at my coffee. And when you open the window to hand me my card he yelled at his coworker, WHAT! Instead of saying something like have a nice day or something like that. It's not even 6:30 in the morning yet, maybe try smiling

Older manager was screaming at her employee, could see tears in employees eyes . Was a young girl don’t think that is appropriate especially in front of customers. Feel bad for the workers there . Decaf coffee always cold . Wouldn’t go there workers never look happy and manager is a verbal abuser to her employees.

Hot coffee and clean bathrooms, sounds like a win-win situation!

I have been going to this Dunkin's from day one of it's opening until present Day. I've never had a bad experience. Overall a decent spot.

Absolutely disgusting behavior by the vile employee who thought it was appropriate to cuss and speak like a street walker in front of my children with her delinquent friends. Then, when the issue was brought to the manager, nothing more than a shoulder shrug and a quiet I 'm sorry was all that was given in response. Abhorrent behavior to the fullest! The owners of this Dunkin should be ashamed of themselves for hiring such disgusting trash as employees. Would give 0 stars if possible!
