Brothers Pizza - Dracut

Couldn't ask for a better experience. Cheff salad was on point while the Haddock was fresh and fluffy, steak tips were done to perfection, chicken tenders had just the right amount of sauce and were soooo tender I could crush them with a spoon. Bacon and cheese tots were

Ordered a couple of subs. Not only were they skimpy I asked for cheese and didn't get any. Also bit into a little square piece of plastic. Needless to say I didn't finish nor will I go back.

Ordered my food over an hour and a half ago. STILL no food delivered. When I call they say we’re next out. Will be calling back again in 15 mins to see why my food has not been delivered yet. DoorDash does a better job with customer service. The person answering the phone obviously doesn’t want to be there since she has an attitude since I placed my order. Do not recommend this place. Ps. I’ve eaten here before and the food is usually good. But their service is terrible and it’s not the first time I’ve had this type of thing happen. I drove over an hour to be with family and we chose here for our lunch/dinner. I will not eat here again.

There are Two Brothers Pizzas in Dracut and at least at this time they are not related. I can not speak for the other Brother but this on is great for take out. Substantial freshly made to order. Large responsive and friendly staff. Dining in possible but not attractive, more of a large waiting area. Delivery available. Maybe it was a busy time and we were the furthest drop and hungry but delivery has been slow in our experience. BUT Menu is uniformly great and broad. Fish and Fries are great and clean. Plates and sandwiches generous.

Spanakopitza pizza was awesome both times it was ordered. These folks are working hard back there.
