Bidrage med feedbackI am writing not as a customer, but someone who worked for Paganini as a busser years ago. I will never forget this horrible working experience. I have faced racial discrimination and was a witness to fat shaming, as well as exploitation of the workers. The owner of the restaurant Raouf thought it was ok to call me, and I am quoting, “stupid Russian”. I am not even Russian. I also heard him say to a waitress, “move, you’re too big” (and this is also word for word) when they were standing behind a bar. Needless to say that that same waitress later told me that he often fat shamed her and other girls. Finally, we were made to work way beyond our pay including tips. A job of a waiter and busser is to serve food, take orders, fill in stations, some smaller things sure. But he made us deep clean the restaurant often, including the New Year night after a very hard shift. Needless to say whoever worked night shifts had to clean the restaurant in full every night. That service costs money, but he used our naivety since we were all teenagers. And I am not talking about cleaning the tables. I am talking about vacuuming the whole floor wiping the whole floor. The restaurant is huge and it was honestly hard physical labor that WAS NOT PAID. There was other work too but I don’t particularly remember, but rest assured, we did everything. I was yelled at countless times, I was talked down to, I was constantly verbally disrespected. I did not feel safe working there and quit as soon as I could. But that experience is forever engraved in my memory. Please consider other places that actually respect their workers. Why didn’t I say something sooner? Because I was scared thought that maybe it’s ok to be treated like that. But not anymore. The food is average.
Didn’t even get to try the food. service was so slow that we left.
Outstanding doesn't even come close to how much I love this place.
Girlfriend had eggplant parmesan. Very small portion severed in a thin soupy-like sauce. The flavor was mediocre. I had margerita pizza. I've had better frozen pizza. The dough was horrible. Service was slow for drinks and rolls. You really have like loud avant-garde jazz music to get through lunch. Had 2 drinks. $83 plus tip..... never again.
The food and service is amazing!! The Gorgonzola pasta is my favorite!! The waitstaff is so nice! My go-to restaurant in Doylestown! Love going for special occasions and casual dining out! Outside and inside are gorgeous!
