Incredibly disappointing!For the price I paid for the burger and fries I was expecting good quality but was I wrong. I'd rather have McDonald's.The burger is bland and on the smaller side. The fries have a slightly burnt taste and were soft even though we ate there. I can't even give the excuse that they could have gotten soggy because of the drive home or anything because we ate them fresh.We also had to eat with a screaming kid behind us the entire time which I know isn't their fault but still ruined the time there.Freddy's is a million times better and cheaper. Just go to Freddy's!
Putting this here and hopefully someone in management will see it. PLEASE BLANCH YOUR FRIES!! TIRED OF GETTING RAW FRENCH FRIES!!! Soggy, raw, not cooked in the center French fries.
I’ve ordered the same thing in other five guys, great! Here it was awful I asked for a cheese burger with mushrooms they added cold mushrooms from a can they didn’t even drop them on the flat they just threw them cold on the burger and added the pattys. In other five guys they always throw the mushrooms on the flat. Plus my burger was cold mushy and disgusting never will I come back.
I regularly visit the 5 Guys location in Newark, DE and consistently receive exceptional food and service, both deserving of 5 stars. However, I highly advise against ordering delivery from this establishment. Unfortunately, I recently attempted to order online while working from home and encountered numerous issues. The 5 Guys website was unable to process my order in time, forcing me to use a third-party service. This resulted in a $32 order costing me nearly $70 due to the inefficient management of online ordering. To make matters worse, the third-party service did not deliver my food or provide any communication. I am now facing the possibility of losing almost $70 due to the unreliable nature of the delivery service chosen by 5 Guys.
