The service provided by the lady at the counter was outstanding!

The restaurant was tidy and inviting. Although the waitress was new and a little anxious, she provided excellent service. I will certainly be coming back!

The restaurant often faces challenges due to having only one employee on duty at a time. While I understand the reasoning behind this, it can lead to issues when a crowd gathers. Long lines form quickly, which frustrates customers and leaves the staff member overwhelmed with requests. On a positive note, I must commend them for their outstanding meatball sub.
