This spot is good for a quick easy bite if you ever do go you must try there chicken empanadas and there chocofan and there starwberry shake

Ordered online and they got the all the orders wrong. The beef was dry with little flavor. The white rice was like a glob of rice pudding. This is the third time I get food there each time thinking it would be better, but opposite, it was worse. The family needs to take a little bit more pride in the food they serve, even the plantains were bland. I am a long time Downey resident and want to support local businesses. I don’t not recommend this place for the food. Maybe just the pastries. Louis
