Lazy Dog Restaurant Bar - Downey

I didn't think the french dip was amazing but it was pretty good and very cheesy. I LOVED this summer drink. I think it was the Jamaican lemonade. Very yummy. Also loved the cheese curds. Nice atmosphere. Didn't wait long at all. Would come back and try something new.

This Lazy Dog Restaurant is perfect for outdoor seating, featuring a lovely fireplace at the center. Dogs are welcome, and I spotted three during my visit, including my own. I've never experienced a happy hour quite like this one; from 3 PM to 6 PM, they offer some fantastic appetizers, such as sweet chili calamari served over brown rice and chicken salad sliders. The drinks were also impressive, with martinis priced at $4 and margaritas for $7.

I ate several Lazy Dog restaurants that were all great. I like this restaurant especially because we often eat here with our daughter and her family. The staff is attentive and friendly for all of us 7 to 70.... The only comment on their menu is that you need to try out at least 5 offers, then you will know? how good everything is. If you need a place to eat with family, friends or business needs. This is the place?

Great atmosphere. I've been to several Lazy Dog locations and the food is always good. They also have a full bar with seating. They have outdoor seating with the option to sit around the fire pit to eat and drink. You can also bring your dog they (the dogs) stay on the ground, but are offered water and have two meal options to choose from. When I bring my dog, I bring a blanket for her to lay on, but she loves the food. I usually give her half at first then half later. All of the people food is absolutely delicious. Make sure you have the butter cream cake with strawberry compote for dessert!

The quality of food is amazing. Everything from the starters to the entrees and sides to the Desserts was all delicious. You can tell they have real chefs working. While eating, we saw a chef walking into work carrying his bag of chef knives and in his chef coat, that's how you know he's a real chef. Also, a bonus to have the dog menu and be able to bring our fur baby to eat with us. Lazy Dog restaurant is a big restaurant with the feel of a family owned restaurant. Their customer service was amazing.
