Super Crown Wings - Downers Grove

The BBQ Teriyaki chicken was absolutely delicious! It was fresh and tasted amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly as well. I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely top-notch! Super Crown is my favorite spot for wings. Their sauces are incredible. My only complaint is that the wings are a bit small. However, they are always crispy and definitely worth the price. I find myself eating here at least twice a week. Their chicken fried rice is also fantastic. When I order takeout, the woman working there is always friendly with my two-year-old, chatting with him and giving him stickers and toys. I’m a lifelong customer!

**Hot Wings: 4.5/5 stars** These are your classic hot wings. They’re not overly spicy but deliver a nice kick that satisfies your craving for spicy wings. While they could use a bit more meat on them, they're still enjoyable! **Honey Garlic Pepper Wings: 4/5 stars** I've ordered these twice, and I liked them more the first time. I could have sworn they had a hint of soy sauce the first time, reminiscent of Korean fried chicken, but today they tasted sweeter and needed a bit more salt. Still delicious, though! **Fried Gizzards: 4.5/5 stars** Oh wow! Finding a place with fried gizzards made me incredibly happy! They were perfectly battered, crunchy, and well-seasoned. The only reason for the 4.5 instead of a full 5 is that the pieces were quite large, and gizzards can be tough to chew. Smaller pieces would have been ideal, but they were still amazing. I can't wait to order these again next week! **Corn Nuggets: 10/5 stars** You absolutely need these in your life! I can't stop dreaming about them! Sweet corn fried into perfect bite-sized nuggets. I rave about these to my friends, and if they sold them frozen or pre-made in stores, I would have a serious addiction! **Green Milk Tea with Boba: 5/5 stars** Having recently moved from California, where I indulged in milk tea regularly, I was disheartened to find few decent shops here. So, I was thrilled to discover that Super Crown serves boba! I was pleasantly surprised; the drink wasn’t overly sweet, and the boba had just the right chewiness. No complaints at all! On top of the great food, the customer service is fantastic. Everyone is kind and welcoming, even over the phone. It has the feel of a little mom-and-pop shop, which gives off great vibes. If possible, I recommend calling in your order instead of using delivery apps like DoorDash or Grubhub! I've only tried a handful of items so far, but their menu is extensive, and I’m excited to go back and explore more. Definitely give this place a shot!

Friendly staff. I got a take out and ordered the chicken hawaiian bbq. The chicken was thin, some okay flavor. Rice was okay too, minimal. The cabbage was plenty.. The taste of the macaroni salad was sour. I ordered also spam musubi, it was good. I also ordered a taro milk tea, aftertaste of tea was not to my liking, I wanted the milk flavor and taro but all I could taste was the tea as an aftertaste--I did not care for this--shame. Maybe the other thing in the menu will not be as bad, I will give it another chance? Hard to compare to Hawaiian Brother 's which had an amazing menu.

Amazing wings. 2nd time ordering. Got 20 wings. Half Jamacian J and Half Parmesan Garlic. Also ordered a side of pepper garlic for the fries. This place is amazing and the two free cans of Pepsi is a nice gift.
