We visited this restaurant for the first time today, based on recommendations from friends who had been before. It's a lovely place with a great setting. The lady who welcomed us was friendly and welcoming. We sat in comfortable chairs while waiting for our order. The meal was amazing, thank you so much. We will definitely be returning.

We went on a hot sunny afternoon 3 adults and a dog we sat in the outside seating aria the staff were fantastic and engaging. The food was delicious . Great service a lovely country pub worth a visit ! We will be back.

We unexpectedly found the Rising Sun on our way to the coast for dinner. We originally stopped in for a drink, but we were greeted so warmly and enjoyed the atmosphere so much that we decided to stay for dinner. We ordered the steak and mushroom stroganoff, which was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be returning.

Went to the rising sun for mother day,haven't been for a couple of years, family of 5 had a lovely meal, couldn't fault anything would definitely coming back.
